    I have a question…
    I made the pumpkin cheesecake tonight and YES the cream cheese was room temp and softened. Nothing I did could smooth out/ break up the tiny cream cheese lumps, I even used an electric hand mixer! Help !
    FYI… we all ate it anyway! Yum!

      Sometimes the brand of cream cheese will effect the texture, as well as if the cream cheese has previously been frozen. We have had that issue a couple of times before.

    This is going to be so fun to bring as a treat to work. I loved this last weekend when I tried it. Definitely will be the talk of my office…if I don’t eat it all first 😉 .
